Partner company is seeking a Senior Program Manager, SAFe-based, to lead complex cross-functional programs in the United States. This remote-first role focuses on translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes, collaborating with business and technology leaders to align teams, streamline delivery, and improve visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.

Qualifications

• At least five years of program, project, or portfolio management experience.
• Experience working in Agile and SAFe environments with multiple teams.
• Understanding of Operational Value Streams and scaled delivery approaches.
• Experience leading or supporting organizational transformation and change initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and decision-making skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to anticipate and manage risks and cross-team dependencies.
• SAFe certification and enterprise PMO experience are a plus.
