Job summary

Aptive Resources LLC is seeking a senior program manager with deep SAFe expertise to lead healthcare IT integration initiatives across multiple offices in the United States. You will drive Lean-Agile transformation, oversee program governance, and ensure delivery against cost, schedule, and performance targets using Jira/Jira Align.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience managing complex healthcare IT integration programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading SAFe or Agile programs with multidisciplinary teams.

Job description
