Highmark Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead multi-million-dollar government healthcare implementations across Medicare, Medicaid, and D-SNP portfolios.

You will align clinical, regulatory, provider network, actuarial, and IT teams to manage complex interdependencies and ensure compliant delivery. You will navigate CMS and state guidelines, manage risk, and drive initiatives with autonomy, scaling programs within strict budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of work experience in project management.
• 7–10 years of work experience delivering business solutions using information technology.
• PMP or Certification in Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Assemble project teams and work groups to produce deliverables for a defined corporate program.
• Organize, direct and coordinate cross-functional activities for successful delivery of programs.
• Work with executive sponsor to understand business objectives of the assigned area.
• Monitor progress and financial health of cross-functional projects; report to executives as needed.
• Assess risks and implement risk mitigation plans; assist with vendor strategies and contracts.
