Highmark Health in Denver is seeking a Program Manager to lead high-stakes, enterprise initiatives in government-sponsored healthcare, including Medicare, Medicaid and D-SNP portfolios. You will align clinical, compliance, provider network, actuarial, and IT teams to deliver complex programs on time and within budget.

Competenze

• 7 -10 years of work experience in project management.
• 7-10 years of work experience delivering business solutions using information technology.
• PMP or Certification in Project Management preferred.

Mansioni

• Assemble project teams and work groups to produce deliverables for defined corporate programs.
• Organize, direct and coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver results.
• Work with VP sponsor to understand business objectives for assigned areas.
• Monitor progress and financial health of projects; report to executive leadership.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Partner with procurement to develop strategies related to contracts.
• Manage vendor responsibilities per contract and SOW.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Formazione

High School Diploma / GED

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Technology Management-related area of study

MBA or Master’s Degree in Technology Management-related area of study
