You will align clinical, compliance, IT, and provider network teams to navigate CMS/state guidelines and deliver compliant care at scale.

The role requires independent execution within scope, time, and budget, with emphasis on risk mitigation, procurement collaboration, and vendor oversight. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of work experience in project management.
• Experience delivering business solutions using information technology.
• Preferred PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct and coordinate cross-functional activities to focus resources on successful delivery of a defined program.
• Assemble project teams and lead managers in developing and maintaining plans for a corporate program.
• Work with an executive sponsor to understand business objectives and achieve defined program goals.
• Monitor progress and financial health of a cross-functional program; report to leadership as needed.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect program outcomes.
• Partner with procurement to develop and execute strategies related to contracts.
• Manage vendor responsibilities outlined in contracts and statements of work.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
