Highmark Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead multi-million-dollar initiatives across Medicare, Medicaid and D-SNP portfolios. You will align clinical, compliance, provider network, actuarial, and IT teams to deliver high-quality, compliant care to vulnerable populations.

You will navigate CMS/state guidelines, manage risk, and drive on-time, on-budget implementations while scaling our government business footprint and coordinating a matrixed team of professionals and contractors.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience delivering complex programs.
• Experience with government healthcare programs (Medicare/Medicaid, D-SNP) preferred.
• Ability to navigate CMS/state guidelines and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble project teams and develop comprehensive program plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver defined corporate programs.
• Engage executives to ensure objectives are met and risks mitigated.
• Monitor progress and financial health; report to sponsors as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract execution.
