Job summary

Accela is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive large, complex Professional Services implementations in the government software space. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope and budget, and maintain transparent client communications to deliver on-time results aligned with Accela’s objectives.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of government software implementations, PMP preferred, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5 years leading successful implementations of COTS software/platform-based solutions for Tier-1 government clients.
• 5 years leading projects of $1M+ budget, 12+ months duration, involving multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead engagements start-to-finish with budgeting and SOW governance.
• Project Health: Ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
