Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Excellerate Senior Project Manager to oversee large, multi-site orders and internal/external customer interfaces, driving project profitability and timely delivery.

The role includes coaching other project managers, coordinating with Supply Chain, and ensuring safe, high-quality execution across sites. Strong PC, MS Office, Accubid, and AutoCAD skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training.
• 1 year of electrical estimating experience or 5 years of experience in the electrical trade with 1 year of electrical estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages large and/or multi-site Excellerate orders, ensuring profitability and on-time delivery.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and promotes a positive culture.
• Coordinates with Supply Chain and vendors for material coordination and cost control.
• Provides order status and manufacturing metrics to stakeholders as required.
• Acts as coach and developer of managerial talent and assigns team leadership tasks.
• Visits job sites to monitor progress and support safe work practices.
