Job summary

Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, seeks a Senior Program Manager, Business Transformation. The role focuses on cross‑functional programs that optimize product lifecycle processes and enterprise systems across ACM and related units.

You will drive readiness, governance, and adoption of new capabilities, working with stakeholders across IT and business functions to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field with required experience.
• Advanced degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation programs.
• Experience implementing PLM platforms such as Windchill or similar enterprise solutions.
• Experience collaborating with business and IT to gather requirements and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional transformation programs supporting product lifecycle management and digital enablement.
• Develop and execute program roadmaps, governance structures, and success metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders and IT to deliver enterprise system implementations and process enhancements.
• Drive business readiness activities including requirements validation, design reviews, testing, and deployment planning.
• Identify program risks and lead mitigation to maintain delivery commitments.
• Establish dashboards and reporting to measure program effectiveness and adoption.
• Lead data quality initiatives and process standardization across functions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Information Systems

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) with 5+ years of relevant experience
