Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Facilities Program Manager to lead capital projects across the full lifecycle—from planning and business case development through commissioning and closeout. You will partner with facilities operations, real estate, EHS, IT, and manufacturing to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time delivery of critical infrastructure.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of PM experience or a master’s with 3+ years, plus strong budgeting and vendor-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of facilities program management experience OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience.
• Experience managing capital projects and programs including facility infrastructure, manufacturing construction, laboratory projects, and corporate real estate/workplace projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle: business case, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Direct and manage external design consultants, construction managers, contractors and service providers.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory and corporate requirements.
