Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs Operations & Technical Communications to lead the RA operations, compliance programs, and labeling capabilities across the ACM portfolio. • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in regulatory operations with 5+ years in management.

• Experience implementing digital solutions, automation, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Represent ACM RA initiatives across the Enterprise and create a roadmap for RA.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce manual work and automate processes.
• Establish and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and performance measures.
