Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Business Transformation to lead strategic initiatives across product lifecycle management and enterprise systems. The role operates at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, guiding adoption of new capabilities with cross-functional teams.

Based onsite at Medtronic campuses in Lafayette, CO or Mounds View, MN, with travel up to 25%. You will drive roadmaps, governance, and readiness to ensure scalable, sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and enterprise system implementations.
• Experience deploying PLM platforms such as Windchill or similar enterprise solutions.
• Ability to partner across business and IT to gather requirements and drive improvements.
• Proven success directing cross-functional programs through planning, execution, deployment, and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional transformation programs supporting product lifecycle management and digital enablement.
• Develop and execute program roadmaps, governance structures, and success metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders, IT, and external partners to deliver enterprise system implementations.
• Drive readiness activities including requirements validation, design reviews, testing, and deployment planning.
• Identify risks and issues and lead mitigation to maintain delivery commitments.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure adoption.
• Standardize processes and improve data quality across units.
