Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization.
• Develop integrated plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Align R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
• Provide leadership through design, verification, validation, and ramp.
• Monitor program performance and report status to leadership.
