Job summary

The role combines hands-on program execution with PMO leadership, maturing delivery practices and reporting while partnering with finance, operations, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of Information Technology experience.
• 7+ years leading large, complex programs or enterprise projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams and multi-workstream programs.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and benefits realization tracking.
• Experience facilitating executive governance forums and senior reviews.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology programs across the organization.
• Partner with technology, operations, finance, vendors, and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Establish and maintain program governance structures and escalation processes.
• Develop integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Drive planning, prioritization, and sequencing aligned with objectives and resources.
• Manage scope, requirements, and delivery commitments across leadership teams.
• Forecast staffing and vendor resources to support objectives.
• Lead and mentor delivery teams and manage financials for assigned programs.
• Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status communications.
