Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to own strategic and tactical cross-functional projects within the SSD-Direct delivery program. You will scope programs, create plans, drive execution, and communicate status and risks to senior leadership.

Candidates should have 5+ years of program management, strong data-driven decision-making, and experience coordinating across non-tech teams. A Master’s/MBA is preferred, with knowledge of AI tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Manage full life cycle of cross-functional programs with significant impact across multiple organizations.
Define the program strategy and objectives, drive execution across teams, and measure outcomes.
Coordinate resources and conflicts, partnering with stakeholders across the business and engineering teams.
Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
Engage leadership and other Amazon units to share best practices and optimize end-to-end outcomes.
