Job summary

Insight Global Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple programs supporting Google operations. You will mobilize, launch, stabilize, and continuously improve services across facilities, infrastructure and technical operations.

The role requires executive communication, strong governance, and a proven ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering auditable results in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or operational leadership with cross-functional scopes.
• 5+ years leading operational teams in 24x7/high-availability/incident-driven environments.
• Experience standing up or transforming operational services, managed services, or similar delivery functions.
• Strong program management across planning, risk, governance, delivery assurance, stakeholder alignment and change control.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication to translate complex challenges into risks, decisions, actions and outcomes.

Insight Global Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple programs supporting Google operations. This role is responsible for mobilizing, launching, stabilizing, and continuously improving operational services that span several technical and facilities-related domains. The successful candidate will bring strong program leadership, stakeholder management, governance, and operational execution skills, while partnering closely with subject matter experts across facilities, infrastructure, and technical operations.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, operations management, business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of program or operational leadership experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups, vendors, and delivery teams.
• 5+ years leading operational teams, including experience in 24x7, shift-based, high-availability, or incident-driven environments.
• Demonstrated experience standing up, scaling, or transforming operational services, managed services, command centers, support organizations, or similar delivery functions.
• Strong program management expertise across integrated planning, risk management, dependency tracking, governance, delivery assurance, stakeholder alignment, and change control.
• Proven ability to drive execution across diverse technical and operational domains by partnering with subject matter experts and navigating competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of incident management, escalation models, service governance, operational readiness, knowledge management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear risks, decisions, actions, and outcomes.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and high-pressure situations while maintaining disciplined execution, stakeholder confidence, and auditable documentation.
• Experience supporting one or more of the following environments: data centers, telecom networks, critical facilities, command centers, infrastructure operations, cloud operations, carrier operations, or large-scale technical support organizations.
• Familiarity with concepts related to facilities operations, monitoring platforms, ITSM tools, BMS/BAS, EPMS, DCIM, carrier management, or operational workflow systems.
• PMP, ITIL Foundation or advanced ITIL certification, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable service delivery and continuous improvement credentials.
• Experience leading recruiting calibration, technical screening, onboarding readiness, workforce planning, training, and operational ramp activities.
• Experience building KPI scorecards, service reviews, executive reporting, operational maturity roadmaps, and continuous improvement programs.
