Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to delivery within the Global Infrastructure Group. You will coordinate stakeholders across offices and time zones to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress on order management and deployment actions.

In this role, you’ll help drive the fleet’s deployment actions, maintain clear channels of communication, and ensure successful outcomes across teams and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives or process development within a supply chain, operations, or engineering organization.
• Experience in one of the following: supply chain management, demand planning, logistics, agreement manufacturing, or product quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver program communications with stakeholders, including metrics progress, meeting notes, logs, newsletters, and websites.
• Author a stakeholder map that specifies who is impacted by, and who influences, program outcomes.
• Drive program management efforts across various programs focused on team-level projects.
• Oversee and execute tasks to enable end-to-end ordering, planning, and optimization of the fleet's deployment actions, including troubleshooting issues and risk management.
• Serve as a team point of contact for status and processes related to order management functions.
