Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support planning and execution for the continued capacity expansion of our Global Fulfillment network. Based in Nashville, you will drive end-to-end programs across PORs, design, construction, automation deployment, and launch, coordinating across multiple partner teams to ensure on-time delivery and business outcomes.

You will mentor program managers, report to senior leadership, and help shape scalable delivery methods while maintaining schedule

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience
• 6+ years leading large complex programs
• 6+ years developing program strategies and plans
• 6+ years communicating with executive and senior audiences
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery
• Cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience with data-driven improvements
• Intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for a portfolio of fulfillment center projects.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across 6+ partner organizations and report to senior leadership.
• Manage schedule integrity and milestone tracking with vendors and field teams.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks affecting project schedules and milestones.
• Report program status to Senior Leadership and key stakeholders.
• Improve program management processes and scalable delivery methodologies.
• Mentor and develop program managers and contribute to hiring and performance reviews.
