Job summary

Amazon in Nashville is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own strategic and tactical cross‑functional operations and technology projects for NASC launches and retrofits. You will scope, plan, coordinate resources, mitigate risks, and drive execution while communicating progress to senior leadership.

This role requires 2+ years in program management, cross-functional collaboration, and supply chain experience, with advanced Excel and SQL skills and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development of launch strategy
• Developing comprehensive programs and following through to ensure successful site launches
• Partnering with other stakeholders to source, allocate, and coordinate launch resources
• Working with stakeholders to align responsibilities and mitigate risks to project execution
• Managing and delivering results on complex projects across multiple organizations
• Gathering and analyzing data on launch performance results
• Creating, communicating, and managing budget for launch support
• Innovating to improve processes and continuously removing cost from our launches and operations
• Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress, and highlighting risks for leadership review
• Managing end‑to‑end program health and goal delivery
