Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior Program Manager to lead the PS Global Patriot Spain program with a focus on cost, schedule and technical execution. You will own the program lifecycle, drive EVMS and IMS processes, and coordinate with internal Raytheon partners and DoD customers.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience, with minimum 10 years in program management.
• PMP Certification or Raytheon PM Level 4 Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required after day 1.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts preferred.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, and risk management skills.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance for the PS Global Patriot Spain program.
• Lead cost, schedule, and technical execution, including profit and loss, AOP, and financial reviews.
• Drive proposal development from pursuit to start-up, including gate reviews and Independent Review Process.
• Manage risk and opportunity processes, including planning, assessment, prioritization, and reporting.
• Coordinate proposals, business plans, and program budgets.
• Travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time.
