Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior Program Manager to lead the PS Global Patriot Spain program with a focus on cost, schedule and technical execution. You will own the program lifecycle, drive EVMS and IMS processes, and coordinate with internal Raytheon partners and DoD customers.

• PMP Certification or Raytheon PM Level 4 Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required after day 1.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts preferred.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, and risk management skills.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.

• Coordinate proposals, business plans, and program budgets.
• Travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time.

Job description

• Manage the program lifecycle, cost, schedule, and performance for the PS Global Patriot Spain program
• Lead program cost, schedule, and technical execution, including profit and loss, AOP, and financial metric reviews
• Drive proposal development from pursuit to start-up, including milestone reviews, gate approvals, and the Independent Review Process
• Manage risk and opportunity processes, including planning, assessment, prioritization, handling plans, monitoring, tracking, and reporting
• Identify, develop, and assess new business opportunities
• Allocate resources to achieve annual revenue growth and long-term five-year-plan objectives
• Lead a matrixed, cross-functional, geographically dispersed domestic and international team
• Collaborate with internal Raytheon partners and RTX OEM partners worldwide
• Coordinate proposals, business plans, and program budgets
• Establish cost-focused performance targets and direct program activities to achieve them
• Travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time

Requirements

• Typically a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
• PMP or Raytheon Program Manager Level 4 Certification or higher, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
• U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
• Extensive experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts preferred
• Expertise in financial planning and execution, including EVMS, EACs, R&O Management, IMP, and IMS preferred
• Proficiency managing an Inter-Organizational Transfer (IOT) support environment and understanding RTX Global Mobility practices preferred
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, technical, business communication, and presentation skills preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and program execution experience preferred
