Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead fleet expansion initiatives for its last-mile delivery network in Nashville.

You will own end-to-end expansion programs from concept through execution, balancing innovation with operational excellence. Develop expansion strategies, pilot programs, and partnerships with external vendors while coordinating across internal teams to deliver vehicles and infrastructure that meet growing demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience, or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience building and scaling operational mechanisms (WBRs, dashboards, escalation frameworks).

Responsibilities

• Own expansion strategy and execution for assigned fleet segments, including vehicle selection, vendor partnerships, and operational readiness.
• Develop multi-year expansion roadmaps that align with business growth projections and strategic priorities.
• Build business cases that evaluate market readiness, infrastructure requirements, financial impact, and customer experience.
• Define success metrics for new programs and track performance against targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks to program timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
