For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Flow Growth to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead the planning and execution of a growth-focused program that supports sales and go-to-market priorities for a digital product portfolio. The position will partner closely with sales leadership, analytics, and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into measurable action. It will also help establish operating cadence, performance tracking, and executive visibility to drive accountability and scale.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $102,000 - $182,710 annually
