Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Program Manager to define project scope and craft implementation plans with internal, client, and third-party resources. You will manage cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality deployments and generate weekly status reports for stakeholders.

The role involves steering meetings with C-level clients and Clearwater senior management, governing budgets, and ensuring a smooth transition to steady-state servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s in finance or accounting.
• 7+ years of project management and implementation experience with external clients.
• Experience implementing software solutions in Financial Services, Market Data and/or Insurance.
• Experience managing a team (7–15 people) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and finalize project/implementation scope.
• Develop detailed implementation plans with internal, client and third-party resources.
• Coordinate with internal, client and third-party resources for on-time, quality delivery.
• Generate weekly status reports and hold status meetings with clients and project teams.
• Lead steering committee meetings with C-level clients and Clearwater management.
• Manage and report on implementation budgets.
• Recommend continuous service improvements within project timelines.
• Bridge between Client Servicing, Sales and Development teams.
