Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Program Manager to oversee end-to-end project and implementation efforts in the U.S. New York area. You will define scope, craft detailed plans, marshal internal and external resources, and drive on-time, high-quality delivery for clients.

You will generate weekly reports, run steering committees with senior client executives, and ensure smooth transition to steady-state servicing. A strong background in financial services and SaaS is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience.
• Proven experience implementing software solutions within Asset Management, Market Data and/or Insurance space.
• Consulting experience in financial services or SaaS delivery is preferred.
• Securities or financial markets experience enhances understanding of client needs.
• PMP/CPA/CFA certification is a plus for leadership and governance.

Job Summary The Program Manager is responsible for identifying and finalizes project/implementation scope. Develops detailed implementation plans including internal, client and third-party resourcing. Manages and coordinates with internal, client and third-party resources to ensure a successful, on-time quality implementation per plan. Generates weekly status reports, holds weekly status meetings with client and project team. Schedules and leads steering committee meetings with C-level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management. Serves as a trusted relationship manager responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and thorough responses to all client inquiries and a successful transition to the steady-state servicing team. Manages and reports on budget for implementations. Possess the ability to seek out, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements within the project timeline (and future projects). Leads the transition from Sales team to Global Delivery team pre-project kick-off and from Global Delivery to Client Services upon implementation.

• Be the bridge between various business stakeholders including Client Servicing team, Sales team, and Development team.
• Ability to run multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight.

Required Skills

• Expert technical proficiency in JIRA, Excel, Monday.com, and Salesforce; ability to explore, trial, and recommend new tools and technologies as business needs arise.
• Strong background in Financial Services, including Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Insurance, and FinTech.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects within a matrix reporting environment.
• Solid knowledge of investment accounting and reporting practices.
• Product expertise in Private Investments, RNFs, LIHTC, and IRR calculations.
• In-depth understanding of LP/GP relationships in private markets.
• Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and delivery models.
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s and/or master's in finance or accounting.
• PMP/CPA/CFA is an added advantage.
• 8+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience working with external clients.
• Proven experience implementing software solutions within Asset Management, Market Data and/or Insurance space.
• Consulting experience.

Salary Range

$100,000.00 - $140,000.00

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
