Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager within Financial Integrity Trust to lead a program focused on secure, transparent seller–Amazon financial interactions. You will partner with product, tech, policy, legal, and finance to set policy, manage roadmaps, and drive scalable processes that curb fraud and protect disbursements.

The role emphasizes strategic vision, senior‑level communication, and hands‑on delivery of end‑to‑end programs that impact payments, risk, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Strong communication with senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Mitigate financial risk and stop bad actors by building tools and policies for how quickly sellers are paid and disburse.
• Own and communicate strategic vision, updates, goals, policy changes and roadmap to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Deliver results and execute multiple high-visibility initiatives with data-driven tradeoffs.
• Operate with a high degree of independence in ambiguous, challenging spaces.
• Set and achieve goals to solve problems and drive efficiency by automation.
• Develop scalable solutions for future challenges and cross-organizational impact.
• Extensively build trust with stakeholders and influence decisions with data.
• Quantify impact with analytics; advanced Excel is a minimum expectation; SQL is a plus.
