Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of account integrity programs that span multiple engineering and ML teams.
• Build and run the program cadence for the organization: status reporting, milestone tracking, and escalation paths.
• Manage cross-organization dependencies with partner teams across identity, seller, customer service, and applied science.
• Drive engineering intake and prioritization. Consolidate requests and make high judgment decisions.
• Define and report metrics covering detection, prevention, operational health, and annual goals.
• Support annual and quarterly planning translating business goals into scoped engineering commitments.
• Write documents driving decisions: program plans, business reviews, leadership updates.
• Find and remove systemic delays and automate where possible.
