Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Construction Subject Matter Expert to provide senior-level construction expertise for multiple federal projects. Responsibilities include review of documents, constructability analyses, and post-award management from mobilization to closeout.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and 15+ years of broad CM experience with familiarity of safety, QA/QC, scheduling, and cost control. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

Active Secret security clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
15+ years of broad construction management experience.
Experience with major construction programs (civil, infrastructure, federal).
Certified Construction Manager and USACE/NAVFAC QMS certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide construction expertise and technical leadership across multiple projects and task orders.
Review construction documents, drawings, specifications, and schedules for constructability and cost impact.
Support post-award construction management from mobilization through project closeout.
Coordinate with Government stakeholders and contractors to ensure compliance and safety.
