• Coordinate program efforts across IPTs and leadership; manage baselines and change control.
• Prepare and facilitate proposal execution; monitor performance with metrics.
• Ensure adherence to ESGP and enterprise gated process criteria.
• Oversee program controls, resourcing, risk/issue management and IT/data mgmt.
• Coordinate corrective actions and capture lessons learned.
