Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist Team Lead to manage complex project plans and schedules for the F-15 program. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating across functions, coaching staff, and delivering integrated schedules on-site.

You will lead planning efforts, mentor team members, and provide subject-matter expertise in processes and tools to drive program success. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, program management, or project management role.
• 5+ years of experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations.
• 5+ years of experience developing/maintaining team schedules, resource management, earned value management, risk management, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains plans and schedules for very complex projects, programs, and change-driven activities.
• Leads in studies/analysis and planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects, organizations, or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, process improvement, or program initiatives.
• Provides analysis and product development initiatives for manufacturing, program, and support organizations.
• Leads, directs, facilitates, and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers, and partners.
