Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO, is seeking a Lead Solution Management Engineer for the F-15 Mission Systems. You will provide solution-level leadership across multi-disciplinary teams throughout development, fielding, and operations, reporting to program and business owners, and coordinating with senior leadership.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in Mission Systems, strong Agile leadership, and experience with proposal estimation and earned value management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• 9+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor's
• 7+ years with a Master's or 4+ years with a PhD
• 5+ years of experience in Mission Systems
• 3+ years of experience in an Agile Lead role
• 1+ years of experience with Proposal Estimation
• 1+ years of experience with Earned Value Management
• Familiarity with Jira, ClearQuest, Git, DOORS
• Experience briefing senior leadership or customers

Responsibilities

• Primary Mission Systems interface to the assigned F-15 Program
• Collaborate across Mission Systems functions to meet program commitments
• Coordinate with Solution Managers and Business Owners to balance Agile Release Train capacity across programs
• Brief Mission Systems execution status to Business Owners and senior management
• Use performance metrics to manage project execution
• Facilitate engineering proposal efforts across Mission Systems teams
• Travel up to 10% domestically or internationally as needed
