Anthropic is seeking a technology program manager to own the technical needs that follow executives outside the enterprise: homes, vehicles, and travel. Reporting to the Protective Services Lead, this role sits at the intersection of physical security technology, hands‑on program delivery, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on physical security technology experience (residential, travel, personal‑protection)
• Strong program management delivering security technology
• Documentation, playbooks, and training development
• Vendor relationships through full lifecycle: selection, contracting, onboarding, performance management, renewal

Responsibilities

• Own residential security system design, integration, and lifecycle management for executive residences
• Own home network design and hardening for executive residences and travel
• Manage the technology side of travel security, provisioning, and rapid‑deployment kits
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts within the governance framework
• Maintain system health monitoring, maintenance, and as‑built documentation
• Decommissioning and transition of technology when properties or vehicles change
• Act as first contact for executive personal technology requests and route to Protective Services Lead when needed
• Contribute audit‑ready documentation to support regulatory and partner diligence requests
