Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technology Program Manager to own the security technology needs beyond the enterprise, across executive residences, travel, and personal protection. The role sits at the intersection of physical security tech, program delivery, and vendor management, reporting to the Protective Services Lead.

You will balance technical fluency with program rigor, ensuring clear communication, on‑time installs, and governance compliance across distributed properties.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on physical security technology experience from residential, travel, or personal‑protection contexts
• Proven program management experience delivering security technology and managing vendor relationships
• Experience building security technology capabilities from zero in a high‑growth environment, including playbooks and training

Responsibilities

• Own residential security system design, integration, and lifecycle management for assigned residences
• Own home network design and hardening for residences and travel
• Manage technology side of travel security, provisioning and rapid‑deployment kits
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts within the governance framework
• Maintain system health monitoring, maintenance, and as‑built docs
• Handle decommissioning and transition of tech when properties or vehicles change
• Serve as first point of contact for personal tech & security requests
• Contribute audit‑ready documentation for regulatory, customer, and partner diligence
