Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technology Program Manager to own the technical needs of executive protection outside the enterprise, reporting to the Protective Services Lead. The role blends physical security technology, hands-on program delivery, and vendor management to secure executives and families wherever they are.

You’ll need fluency to make good calls on the ground, rigorous program management to keep vendors on track, and judgment to route strategic decisions to the Protective Services Lead.

Qualifications

• Hands-on physical security technology experience from residential, travel, or personal-protection contexts.
• Strong program management experience delivering security technology and managing vendor relationships.
• Experience documenting security architectures, playbooks, and training.

Responsibilities

• Own residential security system design, integration, and lifecycle management for executive residences (cameras, alarms, access control, sensor networks).
• Own home network design and hardening for executive residences and travel, coordinating with IT/InfoSec standards.
• Manage technology side of travel security: secure communications provisioning, single-use travel hardware, rapid-deployment kits.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for residential and personal technology stack, installers, monitoring providers, and communications.
• Maintain system health monitoring, maintenance, and as-built documentation for technology deployed outside the enterprise perimeter.
• Own decommissioning and transition of technology when properties or vehicles change.
• Act as first point of contact for executive personal technology and security requests.
• Contribute audit-ready documentation for technology ownership to support diligence requests.
