Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technology Program Manager to own the technical needs of executives beyond the enterprise, including residential security, travel tech, and personal devices. You will coordinate with the Protective Services Lead, balance hands-on design with program rigor, and ensure clear documentation that can be read by both engineers and household staff.

You’ll lead end-to-end security tech initiatives, manage vendors, and maintain documentation while aligning to architecture strategy

Qualifications

• Hands-on physical security technology experience, including residential/travel contexts.
• Proven program management delivering security tech with vendors and installs.
• Experience building security capabilities with documentation, playbooks, and training.

Responsibilities

• Own residential security system design, integration, and lifecycle management for executive residences.
• Own home network design and hardening for executive residences and travel.
• Manage travel security tech provisioning, devices, and rapid-deployment kits.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for residential/personal tech stack and installers.
• Maintain system health monitoring, maintenance, and as-built docs outside the enterprise perimeter.
• Decommission and transition technology when properties or vehicles change.
