You will own the end-to-end program lifecycle and translate strategic risk frameworks into actionable milestones across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
Knowledge of general AI tools.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end program lifecycle for entity-level risk initiatives.
Drive program cadence, alignment, and milestone tracking across specialized domains.
Design, test, and scale efficient SOPs and resolution workflows.
Establish program health dashboards, track KPIs, and monitor throughput.
Facilitate clear communication channels across diverse stakeholder groups.
