Qualifications

• 7+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• MBA.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Decisive, influential, with strong stakeholder management.
• Problem solving with data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable impact on SSRI, HVLE, and HVLE False Positives.
• Influence cross-VP organizations to shape risk strategies and SX standards.
• Partner with 3P leaders to scale compliance programs across NA stores.
• Define strategy, execution plans and tracking mechanisms for regional programs.
• Align business interdependencies with tech and product roadmaps for NA.
• Build strong relationships with NA stakeholders to minimize disruptions for sellers and Amazon.
