Qualifications

• 7+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• 7+ years of communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation/standardization.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end Seller Account Takeover prevention charter.
• Lead risk analysis and threat assessments to stay ahead of evolving tactics.
• Define and execute program roadmaps balancing short-term and long-term investments.
• Partner with ML and Science teams on Generative AI and detection tools.
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize long-term security investments.
• Work with Risk Mining Operations to identify threats and improve detection.
• Drive operational rhythm for the charter and leadership forums.
• Streamline escalation processes and partner workflows to reduce friction.
• Build scalable mechanisms for tool automation and efficiency.
• Directly manage and mentor Program Managers.
