Job summary

Amazon is seeking a highly organized Senior Program Manager to drive the execution of the Entity Risk Strategy within the Selling Partner Trust and Store Integrity (TSI) org. You will orchestrate cross-account risk frameworks across Sellers, Buyers, Brands, Vendors, APay and more, coordinating with Science, Engineering, Legal, PR, and Global Operations from Seattle.

Lead cross-functional roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure scalable execution to disrupt bad-actor networks while reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program lifecycle for entity-level risk initiatives across teams.
• Drive program cadence, alignment, and milestone tracking across domains.
• Design, test, and scale SOPs and resolution workflows for risk mitigation.
• Establish program health dashboards, track KPIs, and perform root-cause analysis.
