Job summary

BizFlow is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise modernization program from planning through delivery. This senior delivery leadership role owns the plan, governance, risk posture, and executive relationships, and directs a project manager while coordinating business analysts and engineering toward on-time, on-scope delivery.

This is a senior role. Proven experience leading software implementation programs is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years experience leading software implementation programs end to end.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or directly managing project managers or delivery staff.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
• Strong risk and issue management across cross-workstream dependencies.
• Program governance experience: establishing cadences, status reporting, and executive-level briefings.
• Financial and scope discipline: managing program budget, scope, and change control.
• The ability to hold the big picture across workstreams while driving detailed execution.
• Cross-functional leadership across business analysis, engineering, QA, and customer teams.
• Working command of the SDLC and Agile delivery (ceremonies, artifacts, backlog, and release planning).
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program plan, roadmap, milestones, and governance.
• Lead one associate or mid-level PM and coordinate BAs and engineering.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and drive resolution.
• Maintain executive relationships and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure scope, schedule, and budget align with business objectives.
