Job summary

Fluence seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise transformation initiatives across the business, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Transformation & Strategic Initiatives. You will partner with leaders across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Delivery and Finance to translate priorities into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

8–10+ years leading enterprise transformation or PMO in large, complex organizations
Proven track record delivering measurable business impact through transformation programs
Strong governance, risk, KPI management and executive reporting experience
Experience in highly matrixed, global environments with senior stakeholder management
Background in management consulting, enterprise PMO, or operational excellence preferred
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs aligned to operating model and profitability goals
Partner with executives to identify, structure, and prioritize initiatives and roadmaps
Establish governance mechanisms, milestones, RAID logs, and KPI tracking across programs
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning Commercial, Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT
Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and transformation updates
Monitor progress, drive value realization, and manage change adoption across the organization
Support communications and leadership forums to accelerate decision-making
