Job summary

BizFlow is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to build enterprise integrations and lead a development team. You will own backend services, connect BizFlow apps to enterprise systems, and mentor other engineers. Strong Java and SQL skills are required, with REST/SOAP experience and a willingness to learn BizFlow.

You will collaborate with front-end developers, business analysts, and project leadership, and participate in testing, deployment, and production support throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional backend development experience with strong hands-on Java.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in tuning and optimization.
• Demonstrated experience building production integrations using REST and SOAP.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations between BizFlow apps and customer systems.
• Develop REST and SOAP services with JSON/XML payloads, including authentication and retry logic.
• Lead and mentor developers, set technical direction, and review designs and code.
• Write unit/integration tests and support deployments across environments.
