Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional programs across Technology, Finance, HR, and Legal Operations within its PMO. You will drive governance, delivery discipline, and strategic alignment for high-priority initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape demand, prioritize work, and ensure measurable enterprise value while coaching project teams to mature PMO practices across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional enterprise projects and programs.
• PMP or comparable certification.
• Experience managing strategic initiatives across multiple business units and senior sponsors.
• Strong governance, prioritization, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Experience with enterprise project management tools; excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop integrated program roadmaps, schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, issues, and governance.
• Partner with leaders to facilitate demand intake, clarify objectives, assess readiness, identify dependencies, and prioritize.
• Support portfolio management with visibility into health, capacity, risks, and conflicting priorities.
• Design and maintain governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Coach PMs and teams on PMO standards and delivery disciplines.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across programs.
