Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead large, cross-functional initiatives within the firm’s PMO. You will drive complex programs spanning technology and business operations, aligning governance and prioritization with executive stakeholders.

You will partner with leaders across Technology, Finance, HR, Marketing, Communications, and Legal Operations to optimize delivery, mitigate risks, and deliver measurable enterprise value for the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise projects.
• PMP or comparable project management certification.
• Experience managing initiatives with multiple business units and executive sponsors.
• Strong governance, risk, dependency, and benefits realization understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects and programs from initiation through closure using PMO methodologies.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans including roadmaps, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance.
• Partner with senior leaders to facilitate demand intake, clarify objectives, assess readiness, and prioritize initiatives.
• Provide visibility into portfolio health, resource capacity, risks, and competing priorities.
• Establish governance structures, executive reporting, logs, and escalation paths.
• Mentor and coach junior PMs and project teams to apply enterprise delivery standards.
