Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead large, cross‑functional programs spanning technology and business operations. You will partner with senior leaders to align demand, assess readiness, and prioritize initiatives that maximize enterprise value.

As a trusted advisor to executives, you will guide governance, manage risks and dependencies, and promote accountability and continuous improvement across the PMO and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience leading complex, cross‑functional enterprise projects and programs.
• PMP or comparable project management certification.
• Experience managing strategic initiatives involving multiple business units and executive sponsors.
• Strong governance, prioritization, risk management, and benefits realization understanding.
• Experience with enterprise project management tools and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects and programs from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain integrated project and program plans, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance.
• Facilitate intake, alignment, readiness assessment, and prioritization recommendations.
• Support portfolio management with health visibility, capacity, risks, and priorities.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Mentor and coach PMs and teams on PMO standards and delivery disciplines.
