Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the PMO and enable successful execution of strategic priorities. You will drive enterprise business analysis across projects, partner with stakeholders, and deliver clear requirements, processes, and decision materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
7+ years of business analysis, consulting, or related delivery experience.
Experience supporting complex cross-functional enterprise projects.
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and facilitation skills.
Experience bridging business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise business analysis activities with stakeholders to define objectives and outcomes.
Facilitate interviews, workshops, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements.
Develop artifacts: requirements, user stories, flows, use cases, acceptance criteria.
Analyze current and future-state processes for optimization and automation.
Support cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, HR, technology, and more.
Translate problems into structured analyses and decision materials.
Engage with senior leadership to drive alignment and decisions.
Promote standard BA practices and leverage AI for enhanced delivery.
