Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Project Management Office and drive success across high-priority strategic initiatives.

You will lead large, cross-functional programs spanning technology and business operations, shaping demand intake and aligning resources to firm objectives. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure governance, transparency, and measurable enterprise value, while mentoring project teams and advancing delivery best practices across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years leading complex cross-functional enterprise projects and programs.
• PMP or comparable project management certification.
• Experience with multiple business units, executive sponsors, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong governance, risk management, dependency management, and benefits realization.
• Experience with enterprise PM tools; excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in complex environments.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects and programs from initiation through closure.
• Develop and maintain integrated project and program plans with governance activities.
• Facilitate demand intake, clarify objectives, assess readiness, and prioritize.
• Provide visibility into health, capacity, risks, and competing priorities.
• Design and maintain governance structures, reporting, and escalation paths.
• Build relationships with executives and cross-functional teams as a strategic advisor.
• Monitor health, identify risks, and propose mitigation with clear options and impacts.
• Coordinate dependencies to align initiatives and maximize efficiency.
• Drive organizational change with leaders for new processes and technology.
• Develop artifacts, status reports, and governance documentation; mentor PMs.
