Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross‑functional planning that aligns with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as strategic advisor to program leadership on portfolio performance and scalability.
• Develop multi‑year program strategies maximizing energy savings and equity objectives.
• Translate objectives into executable plans with measurable targets and forecasts.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to program managers and analysts.
