Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in field or related area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with both business and technical contacts.
• Superior presentation skills; experience with presenting to Senior leaders and Executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, execution, and successful launch of strategic projects supporting energy efficiency program delivery and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions meet operational and client needs and are delivered on schedule.
• Define and validate business and client requirements to align solutions with workflows, regulatory requirements and strategic objectives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, risk tracking, and governance processes to ensure on-time delivery and outcomes.
