Job summary

Walker-Miller Energy Services seeks a Portfolio Manager to lead large-scale energy efficiency programs, serving as the primary client relationship lead and ensuring objectives, financial performance, and customer experience across multiple partners.

You will set strategic direction, drive cross-functional execution, monitor performance dashboards, manage risk, and lead continuous improvement to deliver value for clients and the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience managing energy efficiency programs.
• 5+ years of management/supervisory experience including hiring, coaching, performance reviews and mentoring.
• Develop, monitor and manage financial budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion and model Walker-Miller's core values through daily leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as primary executive point of contact for utility clients and manage client expectations.
• Lead and manage program leadership and delivery across multiple partners.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, accruals, invoicing, and financial reporting for the portfolio.
• Monitor program performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
